So, We Have Some News! <3

This is, without a doubt, my favorite post I’ve written to date. I am so excited to share with you all that I and DJ have a baby due in May, and Moose is going to be a big brother.

I’m pregnant! God is so good, and His hand is really evident in the gift of our baby.

I also want to take a minute to say, if seeing pregnancy announcements causes a mix of emotions/is at all painful for you- my heart goes out to you. Gosh, I empathize, and I am praying you will be blessed with your little one in God’s perfect timing. I hope this announcement encourages you from someone who’s been there, even though I know all journeys and struggles look different ❤️.

So, what’s next? Soon, I plan on posting a first trimester recap and just reflecting on everything to this point so far. Also, I’ll be sharing the gender in the next couple posts- if you want, feel free to post your guess below 😊

We have never been more excited, and we love this baby so much already.

I never would expect you to keep up around here, but thank you for taking the time to stop in! :), It was so good to catch up and chat this week- I am just beyond excited you all are due at the same time. We will have to chat alll things baby and bounce around product ideas, etc!

  13. How exciting and still another big life event for you since I started following your blog Mackenzie. Congratulations to you and DJ! I know someone who will be happy to be a big brother, but better break it to Moose gently that he is not the baby anymore or his nose will be out of joint. 🙂

    1. Thank you, Linda!! <3 Lol you are so right- We have yet to tell him. We will definitely have to break it to him gently! It's adorable because he'll his head gently on my stomach sometimes- I think he knows his little sibling is in there!

  15. Hi Mackenzie !!! Many congratulations to you and DJ on this truly wonderful news that you are expecting a baby for 2022!!! God is good and has granted you the joy of pregnancy and bringing a child into the world . Such a sweet sentiment for those who are having troubles conceiving a baby. But I shouldn’t be surprised that YOU think of others through the happiness you both have today. I am looking forward to the first trimester recap ! I am excited for the gender reveal also.
